Step 1: Give Gratitude YOU WILL NEED A JAR, SOME PAPER, AND A PEN

Let's start by writing down what you are grateful for to shift your focus from what you don't have to what you do. Step 2: Refuel Your Mind

When we feed into our own self-doubt, many times it is because we are not re-fueling our own bucket. We are energy deficient and need to come up with a list of positive energy-boosting activities we can do such as Yoga, eating healthy snacks, meditation, sex, texting a nice message to someone, taking a walk, or swimming in the ocean. Step 3: Make a Sunshine Jar YOU WILL NEED A JAR, SOME PAPER, AND A PEN

Write down the times you feel unsure of yourself and state why. Make a list of counter arguments such as "You've done this before. Take a break, look in the mirror, and acknowledge yourself for all the ways you've already overcome self-doubt.
